On September 14, 2026, Dar Society opens the doors of the Museum of Moroccan Culinary Art to the Chefs of Le Cordon Bleu Paris for an unprecedented encounter between French haute cuisine and Moroccan terroir. Two exclusive MasterClasses will bring the finesse of Moroccan terroir products into dialogue with the excellence of French gastronomic techniques, in the sumptuous setting of a restored historic palace in the heart of the medina — patios, zelliges, and carved cedarwood. Each MasterClass will be followed by a convivial tasting in the museum's spaces, a privileged moment to savor the creations and engage closely with the Chefs.
