Chef Toshitaka Omiya
Born in Osaka, trained in French technique, Chef Omiya brings a rare sensitivity to ingredients. At Alliance in Paris, he earned a Michelin star for his fusion of Japanese precision and French artistry.
For MIDA, he reimagines Moroccan flavors through his unique lens — preserving the soul of the cuisine while revealing new dimensions of taste.
