A living monument to taste
Hidden behind the high walls of the medina, an 18th-century palace stretches across 5,000 square meters of restored grandeur. Two inner courtyards — one spanning over 700m² — paved in hand-cut zellige, framed by carved columns and sixteen-foot ceilings.
At its heart, a Carrara marble fountain surrounded by four ancient olive trees, flanked by two sumptuous salons where sculpted plaster, hand-painted cedar wood in the zouaké tradition, and centuries of craftsmanship converge.
Meticulously restored without altering its character — every tile, every beam, every detail preserved as a tribute to the artisans who built it.

Thirty-four cooking stations, a traditional dada at the helm, and the secrets of Moroccan spice blending passed from hand to hand. You'll knead, season, slow-cook — then sit down to taste what you've made.
